What to Expect at Your Appointment

Your first visit includes a consultation to review your sleep history and previous test results. We’ll discuss your treatment options and, if oral appliance therapy is right for you, take 3D scans to begin creating your custom device.

How Oral Appliances Work

Oral appliances gently reposition the lower jaw during sleep to keep the airway open. This can reduce snoring and improve sleep quality, offering a quiet, comfortable alternative to CPAP therapy.

Follow-Up & Appliance Care

Regular follow-up appointments ensure your appliance stays comfortable and effective. We also provide guidance on cleaning and maintaining your device to maximize its lifespan and performance.

Insurance Information

Utah Sleep Clinic accepts most major medical insurance plans for sleep apnea treatment. Insurance coverage varies by plan, provider, and diagnosis.

Prior to treatment, our team will verify your benefits and review all expected costs with you.
